Order Edit & Cancellation Policy

When an order is placed in our shop, it is promptly sent to our print-on-demand supplier, Printful. Please be aware that once an order is fulfilled, cancellations cannot be processed.

We are unable to modify an existing order directly. To make any changes, it is necessary to cancel the original order and then place a new one. We kindly ask that you verify your size, quantity, and shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is placed in error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in canceling the order prior to fulfillment. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you if you reach out after Printful has fulfilled the order. Thank you for your understanding.
